The City of Westminster places a high priority on contact with adjacent property owners and existing projects that could be affected by a new development proposal. As part of the development review process, the City of Westminster requires that the applicants representing new projects contact the surrounding property owners regarding their proposed developments. The applicant is responsible for all public notifications, researching and providing property ownership information, and if applicable, organizing and conducting project meeting(s).

Location of project: NWC of 84th Avenue and & Federal Blvd, Westminster, CO

A project meeting has been scheduled for the Official Development Plan (ODP) review of the Uplands Parcel A7. The project meeting will be held on February 29th, 2024, from 5:30p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Please see below for meeting information.

Required Project Meeting – Uplands Parcel A7: An application for an Official Development Plan was submitted to the City in December of 2023

Staff have completed their first review of the ODP, and the applicant is required to hold a project meeting before they can resubmit their application.

The project meeting will be held on February 29th, 2024, from 5:50 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (*Note: Meeting will adjourn once all questions and comments have been heard.)

Directions: When you arrive on campus, go toward the fenced football field. Head west on the main campus road drive forward toward the water tower.  You will see straight ahead on the west end of the asphalt.  Go to the north side of the castle building and south of the garages.  As you come close to the water tower you will see a BC sign and will need to follow the asphalt to the right.  This will take you down to Building C.  There will be a parking lot in front of this building and you can park in this lot or the dirt lot on the west end.  There is additional parking at the top of the hill near the castle.  Enter the main doors near the small parking lot.
