- Booth Space is approximately 8’ wide x 6’ deep (unless otherwise noted)
- Vendors cannot exceed their booth space area.
- All items must be new, handmade crafted items and food products. (Cosmetic companies and kit sales are excluded from this show.) Food vendors, please see the Colorado Cottage Foods Act.
- Vendors who select a space in the Ballroom must provide their own tables and chairs for their booth space. Unless they have confirmed and paid for a table prior to the show (limited supply).
- Vendors who select a space in the Pioneer, Journey, Peak/Discovery, or Lounge will be provided with one 3’x6’ table and one chair. If you need more chairs, please bring your own.
- Vendors must keep their booth space open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting both City of Westminster and State Sales Tax. Vendors must secure a Colorado State Special Events Sales Tax License (303-866-5643) on their own. You do not need to contact the City of Westminster. Please see the forms below
- Advertisement for the show: Westminster-Activities Guide, Westminster Recreation social media, Posters/banners at Westminster facilities, display screens in all Recreation Centers. Please feel free to share the media posts on your pages.
- Directional signs saying “Craft Show Today” are posted on the surrounding streets the on day of the event.
