Neighborhood Enhancement Grant

The Neighborhood Enhancements Grant Program makes funding available for projects that improve the appearance and quality of life of individual neighborhoods and areas within Westminster. The City of Westminster supports residents and organizations desiring to improve or beautify their neighborhoods and streets by providing improvement funds to qualified applicants. The Parks, Recreation, Libraries and Open Space Advisory Board has the responsibility of reviewing each project and selecting projects that best fit the criteria and available funding.
