Scholarship and Reduced Rate Pass Program
The City of Westminster provides a Scholarship/Reduced Rate Program for residents of Westminster and the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District. This program offers financial assistance for recreation programs, and annual or monthly pre-paid facility passes only, based on individual or family financial needs. Funds are limited, and all applicants must provide proof of eligibility and financial need. Qualified applicants will be notified by email within one week of submitting their application which is submitted online.
