Printing Childcare Statements through Online Services

Print Statement

You will need a username and password. If you do not have these items, please call one of the recreation centers listed to obtain one:

  • West View Recreation Center - 303-460-9530
  • Swim and Fitness Center - 303-427-2217
  • City Park Fitness Center - 303-460-9691
  • City Park Recreation Center - 303-658-2902

Once you have a username and password, log into the online services area.

Select the "Register for a Rec Activity" box.

Log into the online services area.

Using the drop-down arrow, choose the year you want to report on.

If you have multiple children, change the "Print Total Payments by Member" to "Yes."Illustration of the screen showing the selection of Childcare Statement under the My Account tab.

Select "Submit."

The report can take a few minutes to process, so please be patient. The report will be emailed to the email that is on file.
