Allison Gardens at Semper Farm, established in 2006, is located on Semper Farms, a historic site where the state champion apple tree also resides. Charles and Julia Semper first lived here, followed by the Allison brothers until the City of Westminster purchased the remaining five acres. In addition to the Allison Gardens, Semper Farm boasts the Farmers' High Line Canal Trail and many educational opportunities.
