If eligible, resolve your traffic ticket online without appearing in court.
Mandatory Court Appearance
If Mandatory Appearance is indicated on the front of your ticket, you are required to appear in court on the date and time listed below your signature. If you are not available to appear as ordered, you may call the court and change your court date one time, or you can appear at an earlier date as an add-on to the day's docket.
Add-on times are on Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 am to 9 am.
Traffic Charges Eligible for Early Payment
If your ticket indicates either Payable without an Appearance or Point Reduction Eligible, along with a fine amount and points assessed, you can pay your ticket on or before the date set for your appearance. In this case, you are not required to appear in court. Payment options:
Payment online
By paying online (service fees will apply) you are pleading guilty to the points assessed on your citation. Partial or full payments may be eligible to pay online if you do not have an active warrant and if there is a disposition on your case. Pay your ticket online.
Payment by mail
Please sign the back of the summons indicating you are pleading guilty and mail full payment, along with the summons, to the Westminster Municipal Court on or before your appearance date. Make your check or money order payable to the City of Westminster and write your summons number on your check or money order. Partial payments are not accepted unless authorized by the court. Please do not send cash.

Please call 303-658-2250 between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Thursday (closed noon to 1 pm daily). The court accepts all major credit and debit cards (service fees will apply).
