Probation Office
The Westminster Probation Office supervises Westminster Municipal Court cases only.
Probation officers supervise individuals placed on probation to ensure they follow the Court’s conditions, such as attending classes, counseling, drug tests, and other requirements. Many probationers must take random urine drug tests.
If you're required to submit random drug tests, call Sentry UA System at 303-515-7619 every day. Have your probation I.D. number ready. If you don’t know your I.D. number, contact your Probation Officer or the Probation Office.
Not following the conditions of probation can result in probation being revoked and you could face the maximum penalties for your conviction. If you face any problems meeting the conditions, contact your Probation Officer or the Probation Office right away. Also, reach out if you have any questions about the Court’s orders.
The Court may also ask the Probation Office to create a pre-sentence report before sentencing. This involves the probation officer interviewing the defendant, reviewing their criminal record, and making a sentencing recommendation to the Court.
