Reserve a Park Pavilion


Pavilion rental season is April 15 through September 30, 2026.

Park pavilions that are not reservable or not reserved must still follow all pavilion rules. Please see FAQs (PDF). Please note that grills are not allowed to be brought into any park.

Water Features

The water features at Central Plaza Park, Irving Street Park, McFall Park and Westminster Station Park & Nature Playground operate from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, 9 am to 7 pm every day. Please note: The fountains may be shut off at any time during the season due to weather, maintenance, or any operational concerns. Dogs are not allowed in water play features.

Promenade Terrace

This is a special request venue. Please email Pavilion Rentals to reserve the terrace.
