Rental Rates
Hourly rental rate: $150 per hour / After hour rates: $300 per hour
Monday-Friday: 7 am to 9 pm
Saturday-Sunday: 9 am to 6 pm
Room Deposit: $150
Deposit is required at time of booking and is non-refundable if the room reservation is cancelled less than six months prior to the event. Deposit is returned if there are no damages or late charges.
Alcohol Permit
- Approved City of Westminster alcohol permit allows up to 4 hours of serving time with security provided by off-duty Westminster officers.
- Events with alcohol require off-duty police officers.
- Events under 250 people (one officer): $75 per hour
- Cash bars are not permitted.
- Alcohol is not allowed at events honoring guests under the age of 21.

Renting Guidelines
Room fees are per hour or half hour. The room can be rented for any amount of time needed. The room can also be rented late into the evening with the after-hours rate in effect during the times shown above.
The room needs to be entirely vacated by the contracted ending time. This includes all guests, caterers, and DJs. If the room is not vacated on time, late charges are applied and deducted from the damage deposit at the appropriate hourly rate.
