The spring/summer season will run from March 16 through July 31, 2026.

Applications received after January 15 will be taken based on availability.

Applicants must be 21 years of age.

2026 Field Use Agreement (PDF). This agreement must be completed with your online application, or your application will not be considered complete. 

All correspondence should be emailed to Athletic Fields.

A copy of current liability insurance with the City of Westminster listed as additionally insured is required.

For nonprofit rentals, a 501-C3 is required to be on file with the City of Westminster. Please email a copy of 501-C3 to Athletic Fields at the time of application to qualify for the nonprofit rate.

Baseball / Softball Fields

Group 1

Big Dry Creek, Bishop Square, Orchard Park (formerly Skyline Vista), Roemersberger, Tepper, Westfield, Wolff Run

Baseball/softball fields - Includes dragging at least two/three times per week. The renter is responsible for chalk and bases. Additional field prep can be requested by emailing Athletic Fields.

  • Monday through Friday evening (5 pm to dusk) 
    • Regular Fee: $35 per night per field
    • Nonprofit Fee (see note): $30 per night per field
  • Prime Time Monday through Friday: multiple consecutive weekday rentals
    (camps, number of fields based on camp numbers)
    • Regular Fee: 
      • 8 am to noon: $65 per field
      • 1 to 5 pm: $65 per field
      • 8 am to 5 pm: $120 per field
  • Saturday/Sunday hourly rate
    • Regular Fee: $60 per hour per field
    • Nonprofit Fee: $55 per hour per field
  • Saturday/Sunday field per day
    • Regular Fee: $210 per day per field
    • Nonprofit Fee: $160 per day per field
  • Complex per day
    • Regular Fee: $1,300
    • Nonprofit Fee: $1,000
  • Additional request field prep per "touch"
    • Regular Fee: $60 per field

Group 2

Kennedy, Ryan, Stratford, Tebockhorst, Westbrook

Baseball/Softball fields - Includes dragging on a tiered maintenance schedule. Renter responsible for chalk and bases. Additional field prep can be requested by emailing Athletic Fields.

  • Monday through Friday evening (5 pm to dusk)
    • Regular Fee: $30 per night per field
    • Nonprofit Fee (see note): $25 per night per field
  • Prime Time Monday through Friday: multiple consecutive weekday rentals
    (camps, number of fields based on camp numbers)
    • Regular fees: 
      • 8 am to noon $65 per field
      • 1 to 5 pm $65 per field
      • 8 am to 5 pm $120 per field
  • Saturday/Sunday hourly rate
    • Regular Fee: $40 per hour per field
    • Nonprofit Fee: $35 per hour per field
  • Saturday/Sunday field per day
    • Regular Fee: $200 per day per field
    • Nonprofit Fee: $150 per day per field

Multi-Use Grass Fields

Cotton Creek, Hampshire, Nottingham, Oakhurst I, Oakhurst II, Ryan, Sherwood, Westfield

Grass Fields - Includes mowing of field. Additional field prep and paint can be requested by emailing Athletic Fields.

  • Monday through Friday evening (5 pm-dusk)
    • Regular Fee: $35 per night per field
    • Nonprofit Fee (see note): $30 per night per field
