During probation supervision, the following critical stages may occur:
Per Colorado Revised Statutes, Section 24-4.1-303(13.5)(a), victim notification requests must be made in writing. You may make your request by returning this form. Recent updates in the law require that the victim or their lawful representative opt-in to receive post-conviction (probation) notifications. Please complete the form below and submit to continue to receive court updates and contact with a court victim advocate.
