Housing Lift Program

The City funds multi-family housing rental rehabilitation activities through the CDBG Housing LIFT program. The program provides assistance to make needed repairs to support the health, safety and wellbeing of low-to-moderate income residents in the City of Westminster. The grants are provided to qualifying affordable housing properties for capital improvements to preserve affordability. For more information, call or email CDBG staff.
