Councillor Jack Johnson was elected to serve on City Council in November 2025.
Personal Life
Jack is a 6th-generation Coloradan who grew up enjoying Colorado's blue skies and natural lands. He currently lives in south Westminster with his partner Kiana. When he has free time, he enjoys playing tennis, writing, and amateur shrimp ranching.
Education and Profession
Jack has a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. He currently works at a nonprofit organization as an attorney advocating for the rights of people with disabilities across Colorado.
Community Service
Jack enjoys participating in a variety of volunteer opportunities supporting young people in our community, including a volunteer coach and judge for Colorado High School Mock Trial, Colorado High School Speech and Debate, and as a Little League baseball coach. He also serves on several boards and task forces, including as an appointed Commissioner for Bridges of Colorado.
