Alyson joined the Real Estate Development team in 2024, bringing expertise in transaction management, marketing, and cross-department coordination. She is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date database of City-owned assets, managing contracts for property maintenance, consulting services, and environmental assessments, and drafting, routing, and filing legal documents. Alyson also assists with updating real estate procedures, budget management, and invoice reconciliation. In addition, Alyson applies her marketing skills to enhance community communication through website design and the creation of promotional materials.

Before joining the team, Alyson supported executive-level office and industrial brokers in commercial real estate.
