Philippe Brady joined the Real Estate Development team in 2024 where he serves as the Real Estate Development Administrator for the City. He oversees various properties across the City and manages all aspects of the real estate process including acquisitions, development, property management, capital improvements, leasing, and dispositions. Additionally, Philippe serves as a financial and development advisor to the Downtown Real Estate Team. Philippe holds an MBA with emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from CU Boulder and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Texas. Prior to joining the City, Philippe worked in real estate private equity as an acquisition analyst specializing in financial underwriting of all asset classes across the country.
