Yes, if you qualify for LEAP and your name is on the account, you qualify and will be automatically enrolled or re-enrolled into the Bill Credit program. However, you may submit an application to expedite the enrollment process. If you are currently enrolled, you will receive a renewal application when your renewal date approaches. Contact your county's LEAP office for more information on LEAP (Adams County: 303-227-2700; Jefferson County: 303-271-1388.

Yes, as long as your name appears on the water bill sent from the city, and you are responsible for paying the bill, you may still qualify for the Bill Credit or Hardship programs. If your name is not on the account, you may provide a copy of your lease or a letter from the landlord showing you are the current resident and responsible for the water payment.
