The City wants to hear from you about challenges you may be facing related to utility costs. To ensure our community has the opportunity to provide feedback, City staff will host a series of Utility Affordability Listening Sessions at City facilities over the next several months.
These casual, drop-in events are designed to meet residents in familiar, everyday spaces like recreation centers and libraries. It gives our community the chance to connect directly with City staff and leadership, share concerns, and learn about affordability resources.
We’re here to listen, learn, and better understand your concerns. The community’s feedback will inform how we can prioritize affordability assistance programs as we begin developing the 2027 budget. With sessions at various neighborhood locations, we hope you’ll stop by and talk with us while you’re already out and about.
The first event will be held Thursday, February 26, from 5 to 7 pm at West View Recreation Center (10747 W. 108th Avenue). Future events are listed below.
