On November 21, 1983 John Storm was found dead at his residence with multiple gunshot wounds. Storm was leasing a house on the corner of 84th Avenue and Federal Boulevard in Westminster and was known to sell large quantities of illegal drugs. The house at this location was ransacked. Drugs and money were possibly removed from the house before police arrived on scene.
