College Hill Library
The library is located at the west end of the Front Range Community College campus. It is a joint public-academic library open to everyone. The public library is on the main level with the Front Range Community College library located on the upper level. In addition to regular library services, users can also check out bike locks year-round. Find out more about public access computers, Wi-Fi, printing, faxing, scanning and copying at College Hill.
College Hill Library is the repository for certain issues of the "Westminster Window," a local newspaper. The repository may contain both print and/or microfilm for viewing in the library. The library's microfilm reader is located in the Westminster Archive Center, College Hill, 1st floor.

Irving Street Library
Irving Street is a smaller branch library located next to Irving Street Park in south Westminster. In addition to regular library services, users can also check out bike locks year-round. In the summer, this library has sports equipment that can be checked out with a picture ID. Equipment includes hula hoops, soccer balls, frisbees, volleyballs and net.

Kiosk at City Park Fitness Center
This kiosk contains approximately 125 books for all ages that can be checked out with a Westminster Public Library card. There is also a book drop for the return of kiosk items or materials from College Hill or Irving Street. This kiosk is available when City Park Fitness Center is open.
