Improve your Neighborhood with the Neighborhood Sustainability Services Program: 

The City is excited to help your Neighborhood (HOA, organized neighborhood, or manufactured home community) save money, time, and natural resources through enhancing your common spaces! The Neighborhood Sustainability Services Program can connect you with high-impact services and programs. Through this program, City staff will work with your neighborhood to identify and complete sustainability related projects, upgrades, events, and general enhancements that benefit your community. Up to $2,000 is available to help fund your project!

E-Bike Rebates from the State of Colorado: 

The Colorado Energy Office has launched their electric bicycle (e-bike) rebates for Colorado residents! Rebate amount is based on income: 

• Low-income applicants, whose household income is below 80% of the area median income, are eligible to receive up to $1,500 towards the purchase of an e-Bike. 
• Moderate-income applicants, whose household income is between 80-100% of the area median income, are eligible to receive up to $900 towards the purchase of an e-Bike.

The application window for this program will be open for about one week each month starting in August, 2023. Applicants will be randomly selected to receive a discount voucher that can be used at participating e-Bike retailers. Please visit the Colorado Energy Office website for program updates and the application portal.
